Exhibitors have the advantage of face-to-face interaction with students and other event participants on the Exhibit Hall floor. Here, in the nexus of creativity and service, EAST students network with each other, vendors and other members of the business community to continue the creative learning processes. This page will provide you with all the details for being a Booth Exhibitor at our annual EAST Conference. Please also remember to check out the Event Information page for general Conference information, including the Agenda, Event Hotels, and more!

Additional Exhibitor Opportunities

Please email EAST Events if you are interested in one of the following opportunities available for booth exhibitors.

Participant Registration Bags

Booth Exhibitors have the opportunity to include promotional items in the registration bags provided to each EAST school. Materials must be received by March 2, 2018. We anticipate 240 EAST schools with 10 participants per school (2,400 participants). It is up to each exhibitor to determine if they would like to send one item per school or per participant.

Tinker Space

Are you making your booth a hands-on experience for the students? Each year, EAST invites a few organizations to lead our Tinker Space. Perhaps your hands-on booth would be well-suited for that space, too. A brief application will be required so we can determine if your booth is a good fit. All proposals will be reviewed and exhibitors will be confirmed for the Tinker Space by 3 p.m., CST February 14, 2018.
