EAST Conference 2027 will be held in person from March 16-18 at the Hot Springs Convention Center in Hot Springs, AR.

Register your school's Conference Team beginning December 7, 2026.

Registration Information

In-person Conference attendance is REQUIRED for all active EAST programs involved at the full level of support! We also invite the general public to visit the Conference to experience what students accomplish through EAST. Please note that a government-issued ID will be requested when guests check in at registration.

School groups are encouraged to visit Conference for a field trip on the Wednesday of the event. School groups must be accompanied by a chaperone and must consist of multiple students. School group passes are free and are limited in access to the Exhibit Hall only. To claim School group passes, please bring this form to Registration to pick up your passes. Forms will be available at Registration as well.

Registration & Pass Deadlines

  • January 20, 2027

    Deadline for EAST programs to register for EAST Conference

  • February 26, 2027

    Deadline for EAST programs to claim their complimentary Conference Team passes (8 students, 1 facilitator, 1 chaperone, 1 administrator) and request any Additional Full Access Passes.

    * Additional Full Access Passes requested after 02/26/27 will be priced $25 higher than those requested on or before.

  • March 10, 2027

    Payment & refund request deadline for Additional Full Access Passes

  • March 10, 2027

    Programs with unpaid balances for Additional Full Access Passes will have those passes dropped from registration and will have to re-request on-site.

    * Credit cards or checks are accepted for purchases made through the Conference website or on-site. Purchase Orders will NOT be accepted. EAST must have payment in hand by March 10, 2027, or your Additional Full Access Passes will be dropped.

    * In-person attendees may purchase General Access Passes at the Registration counter during the event.

  • ONLY available for additional chaperones, EAST students, and school officials

General Access Pass (On-Site Only)
  • Includes on-site access to Opening & Closing Session + Exhibit Hall ONLY
 $10/person

* Adults providing assistive or medical services to attendees with disabilities will be provided with the same level of Conference access free of charge. Note that this does not include a free event t-shirt.

* Children 5 and under are free and will receive the same access level as the adult ticket or pass. Does not include a free event t-shirt.
